tonite I will be performing with Joshua Gouzy in an all too rare acoustic duo setting playing from the canon of well known jazz standards,show tunes and pop songs. I’m really looking forward to this as it is the annual STARC art show which features art created by some of earth’s more amazing angels!!!

Tonite I’m sittin’ in with the New Orleans Rhythm Devils at the Blue Nile 8to9pm then come on down to Cafe Negril as Dominic Grillo and the Frenchmen Street All-Stars present Another Day in Paradise…a really fun night of jazz and r-n-b, with a dash of New Orleans Rock and Roll and funk!!!!!

We keep on keepin’ on…tonite with Dominic Grillo and Another Day in Paradise at Cafe Negril, tomorrow same band at Les Bon Temps Roule, Friday  Nite a special reunion with The Revealers at Banks St., Saturday nite too at the Balcony Muisc Club and of couse Jazz Brunchin’ at the Court Of Two Sisters all weekend…Happy Mother’s Day!!!!!

You can hear me span a century’s worth of jazz history this weekend as I hit the trad jazz with Les Syncopators de Bayou at the historic Court of Two Sisters jazz brunch from 9am to 3pm this Saturday and Sunday…and this Sunday evening at the Maison de Musique on Frenchmen St. with the Internationally acclaimed Bassist David Anderson from 5to7pm performing funk,fusion and original 21st century jazz compositions.
